There’s a **15-minute grace period**—after that, a $15 late fee may apply. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. - If you need to adjust your booking, you may **reschedule once within 24–48 hours** using your original deposit. Cancellation Policy
I understand emergencies do come about, life happens! Please have the courtesy to cancel/reschedule your appointment within 24 hrs of service. Deposits are non-refundable and I will charge 50% of service booked otherwise. More than 1 NO call NO show results in being blocked from future bookings. Lateness: more than 15 min late your appointment will be cancelled. You are allowed one reschedule with the same deposit. Understand that lateness affects the time of your set and interferes with my schedule. Please respect my time as much as I do yours.
